DO PATIENTS ALWAYS NEED A DOCTOR’S REQUEST?
Yes! It is stipulated by law that results be sent directly to the Doctor not to patients. Therefore a Doctor has to order the Tests.
CAN I WALK IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes you can! We take patients anytime within our working hours and there is limited to no wait time. We do not close for Lunch.
DOES MY INSURANCE COVER ALL TESTS?
Most Insurance Companies pay for all blood work. If for any reason they do not cover the full amount, the patient will be billed for the remainder.
CAN THE PATIENT PICK UP RESULTS?
No, results are sent to the Doctor within 24-48hrs (except tests which are sent overseas to a Reference Lab)
IF I HAVE A REQUEST FORM FOR ANOTHER LAB, CAN TESTING BE DONE AT YOUR LAB?
Yes! All you need is a Doctor’s requisition, it doesn’t matter what form the request is written on.
